Refund policy

We hope your new objects bring you joy and become part of your everyday routine.

 

If for any reason it’s not quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item is:

• unworn and unused

• in the same condition as when you received it

• returned in its original packaging

 

To start a return, simply email us at hello@drageedargent.com

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you all the details you need for the return process.

 

A few things to keep in mind:

• We don’t currently offer free returns

• Items sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted

• Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days after approval

• Returns received outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund
